First and foremost I'm not from this area I'm from charlotte and this place was great. It was very busy but our waiter Kanan was a monster. My drink never went dry even once, his recommendation was on point, overall he really made the experience amazing. Thinking back I should have said something to the manager about this guy because he was great. Aside from him being a great waiter he had a sense of humor, had some great local recommendations and overall made the experience that encouraged me to leave this review. I went with the pork chop (I asked him about 3 options and he said that this was his favorite of the 3) and believe me it was on point. It was loaded with flavor, it was juicy, and I'm very satisfied with it. I got the broccoli and potatoes as well. The broccoli was great and the mashed potatoes were ok, maybe they would have been better with the gravy (the person I went with got the chop steak and she said the gravy was really good). I would go back because this waiter Kanan like I said he really made the experience.

However, the quality drops when it comes to ribs, seafood, and past. The Mahi Mahi, salmon, and ribs are mediocre, and these dishes have better options elsewhere. My recommendation? Stick to the steaks, burgers, and steak sandwiches. On the plus side, their salads are top-quality year-round, even in the dead of winter--something many restaurants struggle with. The Southwestern Eggroll and grilled corn on the cob are also standout menu items. A quick note: they use a lot of salt in their dishes, so if you're sodium-sensitive, keep that in mind. Service: Service at Brother's is above average compared to most places in the area. The staff is generally attentive and friendly, providing a pleasant dining experience. After a few visits, the staff remembered our drink preferences and brought them to us once we were seated. I wish they used chilled glasses for their soda, like the Longhorn's bar and Texas Roadhouse. The simple things make all the difference. Salad plates should also be chilled, never warm. For the prices they charge, this is an easy differentiator. Ambiance: The vibe at Brother's is a mix of a roadhouse and a family restaurant. It's not fancy, but it's one of the better options in the area. It has the feel of a genuine steakhouse in Kansas City or Cody, Wyoming. Important and notable is that the grill is the "MAINSTAGE" at Brothers as it is front and center inside the restaurant. Seeing the open flames and activity at this "Steak Stage" is the best part of the ambiance of the meal. This is the place if you're looking for a comfortable, casual setting to enjoy a great steak. Final Verdict: If you want a great steak, a solid burger, or a flavorful steak sandwich, Brother's won't disappoint. If you're craving ribs, seafood, or pasta, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Stick to the beef, and you'll have a memorable meal. Finally, and strictly from a marketing point of view, the name should be adjusted. Brothers Steakhouse and Bar.
